Dr. Randeep Singh Saini

B.E Civil, M.E Environment, Ph.D Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Randeep has over 30 years of experience as Environment Quality Management Practitioner with hands on in laboratory operations and management; impact assessment; regulatory oversight, environment monitoring and analysis including management of pollution control and waste management infrastructure. Over these years he has worked with education sector, government, non-government organizations and industry, and has been team leader for many national and international projects. He has also done PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from IGNOU and holds NEBOSH certificate. In 2024 he also cleared School of Modern Diplomacy, UNU-CRIS Bruges, Belgium. Since 2014 he is managing director Green Economy Initiatives Private Limited as well as Executive Director Green Economy Coalition Foundation from 2016. He is Member, Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee since 2022 and Member, Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Chandigarh since 2023. He loves crusading wellness (harmony between nature and self) and photographing build landscapes.

Dr Nilesh has also established a Foundation which closely works on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by integrating PSR and CSR for a Sustainable future.

Kaur is effortlessly cool and composed, ‘confident in who she is’ and a music enthusiast.

Kanika Guleria is from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. She holds bachelor’s in technology in Chemical Engineering and master’s in technology in Energy & Environment Management. Namita Thakur coordinates with Executive Leadership translating vision into action across group companies. She is MSc in Biochemistry and LLB from Mumbai University. She brings over 15 years of experience in TIC domain. Her expertise spans ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17043 and ISO 17034 frameworks with strong exposure to accreditation processes and statutory regulatory environments.
